• Diabetes Camp
The Diabetes Camp at Camp Tanager provides
children and adolescents with diabetes a
safe and healthy environment to enjoy a
    variety of educational and recreational
activities under the direct supervision of
    a trained medical staff.

    Thoughtful programming provides children with
diabetes a better understanding of their
    disorder during their stay.
  • Hemophilia Camp
    The Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorders
Camp at is a one-of-a-kind in the midwest.

During the six-day camp, children with
Hemophilia and their siblings participate in
individual and group activities designed for
    fun and fitness.

This special camp began in 1986 and serves
50-60 children with hemophilia and bleeding
disorders and their siblings each year.
  • Regular Camp
From campfire sing-a-longs and late night
stories, to nature walks, swimming and arts
and crafts. Wake up each day to the sweet
sound of birds chirping, bringing in a new
    camp day.

These are a few of the rich traditions that
bind our campers year after year.
